Coheed and Cambria 'Vic The Butcher' Illustration

Illustration based on Coheed and Cambria's song Vic The Butcher. He is an Entity who had a sadistic love for causing pain, engaging in corrupt activities and silencing those that went against him. He was considered by the public as a decorated war hero due to those who knew the truth being too scared to speak out. Years later, when he is an old man - information is leaked about his crimes and in order to avoid the truth he burns down the apartment building he lives in. I gave him a nuclear war head and a tombstone body.
